【摘要】 目的:研究男性不育与染色体异常的关系。方法:对221例男性不育患者进行染色体核型分析和精液常规检测。结果:221例不育男性中,染色体异常发生率为14.0%(31/221),其中性染色体异常占10.9%(24/221),常染色体异常占3.1%(7/221)。结论:染色体异常是造成男性不育重要因素,尤其是无精、少精、弱精症患者,有必要进行细胞遗传学检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between abnormal chromosomal and male infertility.Methods:Chromosomal karyotype and routine testing of semen were examined in 221 cases of male infertility patients.Results:The proportion of abnormal chromosome was 14.0%(31/221)in 221 cases of male infertility,with abnormal sex chromosome for 10.9%(24/221) and abnormal autosomal for 3.1%(7/221).Conclusion:Abnormal chromosomal is an important factor in male infertility patients,especially in azoospermia,oligospermia,azoospermia patients with weak,it is necessary for chromosome examination.更多还原
