娑罗子的黄酮类化学成分研究
Flavonoids from the Seeds of A.Wilsonii Rehd
【摘要】 目的:研究娑罗子(天师栗A.Wilsonii Rehd.种子)中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20及反相制备型高效液相等色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果:从中分离得到了4个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-0-β-D-葡萄糖甙(1)、山奈酚-3-0-β-D-半乳糖甙(2)、槲皮素-3-0-[β-D-木糖基(1→2)]-β-D-葡萄糖甙(3)、槲皮素(4)。结论:化合物1、2、3为首次从该植物中分得。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of A.Wilsonii Rehd.Methods:Column chromatography(silica gel,sephadex LH-20,and preparative RP-HPLC were used to isolate the constituents.Their structures were elucidated by physical and s pectral data.Results:quercetin-3-0-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),kaemferol-3-0-β-D-galacopyranoside(2),quercetin-3-0-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),quercetin(4).Conclusion:Compounds 1-3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
