钢渣高效渣铁解离细碎工艺及设备研究

【摘要】 在充分调研了钢渣性质、国内外钢渣处理工艺和设备的基础上,提出应用改进型惯性圆锥破碎机为关键设备的钢渣高效渣铁解离细碎工艺。该破碎工艺采用两段开路破碎,可将钢渣破碎至细度-6 mm占90%,能实现钢渣中渣与铁较充分的解离,极大提高了钢渣中铁的回收率,降低后续钢渣应用的难度,同时扩大了钢渣尾渣的应用范围及附加值,使钢渣综合循环利用过程中实现"多碎少磨"、节能减排。在实际工业应用中,该工艺及设备取得了良好的经济社会效益,是钢渣破碎的理想工艺及设备。

【Abstract】 Based on the full investigation of steel slag properties,steel slag processing technology and equipments at home and abroad,a kind of steel slag crushing process for high-efficient steel and slag separating is proposed,which adopts the improved inertia cone crusher as key equipment..The process adopts a two-stage open-circuit crushing flowsheet,which can crush the steel slag to the size of-6 mm(90%),realize full disintegration between steel and slag,greatly enhance the metal recovery d,reduce the difficulty of the subsequent steel slag application,and expand the application range and available value of the tail slag of steel slag.Meanwhile it can realize more crushing and less grinding,energy-saving and emission-reduction in the process of steel slag recycling.In the actual industrial applications,excellent economic and social benefits are achieved by adoption of this processing and equipment,it is the ideal processing flowsheet and equipment for steel slag crushing.
