阿舍勒铜矿尾矿综合开发利用试验研究与生产实践

【摘要】 阿舍勒铜矿属火山喷发—沉积成因的黄铁矿型铜、锌多金属矿床。其中铜矿石占矿床中各类铜矿石总储量的65%,铜锌矿石占矿床中各类型铜矿石总量的35%,矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿、砷黝铜矿和少量的方铅矿、辉铜矿以及微量的辉钼矿、斑铜矿、银金矿等。除富含铜外,还伴生有锌、硫、金、银等有价元素。阿舍勒铜锌尾矿中主要矿物为黄铁矿,占总量比例的62.05%,非金属矿物占35.35%,其它金属矿物占2.6%。因此,综合回收阿舍勒铜锌尾矿中的有价元素不仅是实现企业资源利用最大化的有效途径之一,而且符合国家发展"循环经济"、"节能减排"的产业政策。

【Abstract】 Ashele Copper Mine is the pyrite type copper and zinc poly-metallic deposit of volcanic eruption-sedimentary origin.Copper ore accounts for 65% of the total reserves of various types of copper ores.Copper and zinc ore accounts for 35% of the total reserve of various types of copper ores.The major metal ore minerals are pyrite,chalcopyrite,sphalerite,tennantite,a small amount of galena,chalcocite,and trace amounts of molybdenite,bornite,silver,gold and so on.In addition to rich content of copper,there are associated zinc,sulfur,gold,silver and other valuable elements.In copper and zinc tailings,pyrite accounts for 62.05%,non-metallic minerals account for 35.35% and other metallic minerals account for 2.6%.Therefore,comprehensive recovery of valuable elements from the copper and zinc tailings is an effective way to maximize the use of resources,meanwhile,it is consistent with the state industrial policy of developing"recycling economy" and initiating "energy saving and emission reduction".
