双涡圈涡旋压缩机平衡问题分析

【摘要】 双涡圈涡旋压缩机的涡旋齿是对称性的,即不需要进行一次平衡,又增加了涡旋压缩机的稳定性;详细分析了双涡圈涡旋压缩机动涡盘的受力情况,从新给出动涡盘的倾覆力矩计算模型;得出双涡圈涡旋压缩机只能开设一个背压孔和背压压力随背压孔中心展角增大而减小的结论;给出了背压孔被盖住时临界状态的曲轴转角计算公式;验证了平均背压力与背压孔中心展角几乎成正比。研究结果可在双涡圈涡旋压缩机的设计和研究中直接应用。

【Abstract】 The structure of the double wraps scroll compressors is symmetrical,namely does not need to carry on the first balance,also increased the stability of twin-scroll compressors.By analyzing the forces acting on orbiting scroll,a new calculation model of overturning moment for orbiting scroll is proposed.The conclusions that only one back-pressure hole can be set in double wraps scroll compressor and the back-pressure will be decreased as the center corner of back-pressure hole increased are obtained.The calculation formula for crankshaft angle with critical condition is given when the back-pressure hole is covered.The calculation results show that the average back-pressure is almost inversely proportional to the center corner of back-pressure hole.The results can be applied directly in the design and research of double wraps scroll compressor.
