【摘要】 介绍了喷墨印花原理.概括了近年来国内外数码喷墨印花设备的进展,比较了目前国际上应用较流行的喷墨印花机型号及其特性.阐述了不同喷印墨水[染料墨水(活性、酸性、分散)、颜料墨水]对数码喷墨印花工艺的影响,并重点分析了颜料墨水存在的关键问题及我国的研究现状,展望了我国数码喷墨技术的发展前景.更多还原

【Abstract】 The principles of digital inkjet printing were introduced.The latest developments in the digital textile printer home and abroad were reviewed,and the popular models and characteristics of inkjet printers for internationally industrial applications were compared.The influences of different inks [dye inks(reactive,acid,disperse) and pigment inks] on inkjet printing were discussed.The existing key problems of pigment ink and the study status in China were emphatically analyzed.The development prospects of digital inkjet printing technology were forecasted.更多还原
