低黄变亲水性硅油的制备

【摘要】 以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(WS-62M)、环己基氨基硅烷和活性聚醚为原料,制备用于织物后整理的环氧聚醚改性氨基硅油柔软剂.用红外光谱对其进行结构表征,同时确定了优化的合成氨基聚醚共改性硅油工艺条件:仲氨型氨基硅油的合成温度为85℃,n(环氧基聚醚)∶n(仲氨型氨基硅油)=0.7∶1.经其整理的白棉布手感、白度、亲水性均较好,且具有比传统改性硅油优越的吸水性和抗黄变性。

【Abstract】 Using α,ω-dihydroxydimethylpolysiloxane(WS-62M),cyclohexylaminosilane coupling agent and epoxy group polyether as raw materials,polyether modified aminopolysiloxane was synthesized,which was applied to fabric softening finish.The structure was characterized with IR spectrum.The optimum synthetic the epoxy polyether modified aminopolysilxane conditions were determined: the reaction temperature of secondary amino silicone oil synthesis was 85 ℃,and the molar ratio of epoxy polyether and amino silicone oil was 0.7∶1.The finished white cotton fabric had good handle,whiteness and hydrophility,and had better absorbency and anti-yellowing property than the traditional modified silicone oil.
