【Abstract】 The fruit pigment of Elaeagnus conferta Roxb.was identified to be fat-soluble carotenoid by physicochemical property and spectrum analysis.The carotenoid was separated into seven pigment zones by TLC on fiber and silica gel with one eluant of petroleum ether/ acetone/ benzene(2:0.5:2,V/V).The maximum carotenoid was identified as γ-carotene by UV-visible and IR spectrum analysis.更多还原
