六面顶超高压下叶蜡石流变量与压缩位移的关系研究

【摘要】 建立叶蜡石的流变量与压缩位移的关系,是六面顶超高压腔体结构设计需要研究的核心问题,是开发新型固态传压介质的重要试验手段。本文介绍了叶蜡石矿物的组成和结构及相关矿床,通过测定叶蜡石流变量—压缩位移曲线,研究了两种叶蜡石矿的流变学性质。研究结果表明,叶蜡石的塑性变形是在较低压力下完成的,紧接着进入弹性压缩过程。叶蜡石的塑性变形量和弹性压缩量将成为判断其作为传压介质性能和进行腔体结构设计的重要依据。

【Abstract】 The relationship of the pyrophyllite moving weight and it’s compressive displacement is the core issue to design the structural of the cubic ultrahigh pressure cell and the important experimental means to develop new solid-state pressure transmission medium.This article describes the composition and structure of the mineral pyrophyllite and related deposits,by measuring the pyrophyllite moving weight-compressive displacement curves,the rheology of two pyrophyllite mining was found.It was found that pyrophyllite accomplished plastic deformation in the lower pressure,and then entered the elastic compression process.Results obtained from the study of the rheology of pyrophyllite under the ultrahigh pressure can be used to find the right way for the realization of seal and effective pressure transmission.
