弥散强化铜材料拉拔道次的计算

【摘要】 介绍了两种用于弥散强化铜材料拉拔道次及配模的计算方法。根据计算结果与生产验证结果对比表明,随着拉拔道次的增加,材料的延伸系数下降、抗拉强度增大、材料的加工率变小。道次延伸系数相同时计算法比EpMaHOK法所得的结果更接近实际生产,它对氧化铝强化铜等材料的线材生产加工具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Two calculation methods on drawing passes of dispersion strengthened copper composite are introduced in the research.The comparison between experimental results and calculating results shows that the tensile strength is increased,the elongation modulus and the working modulus of composite is decreased with the increasing drawing passes.Compared to the results from the method of EpMaHOK,the results from the method of same elongation modulus are more close to the actual production.The results can be a guidance on the actual wire drawing production of alumina dispersion strengthened copper composite.
