基于步进电动机的试管自动贴标系统研制

【摘要】 目的:为解决传统手工粘贴检验试管标签工作模式存在的缺点和问题,研制一种基于步进电动机的试管自动贴标系统。方法:将传感器技术和自动化控制技术相结合,通过对标签粘贴过程的分析及软硬件的设计,实现试管标签的自动打印和粘贴。结果:结合上位机控制软件的使用,实现了试管标签打印粘贴的流水线操作,成功构建了基于步进电动机的试管自动贴标系统。结论:该系统弥补了传统手工标识试管工作模式的缺点与不足,在医院的临床实际应用中具有广阔的前景。

【Abstract】 Objective To put forward an automated test-tube labeling system based on the step motor to conquer the shortcomings from the traditional manual mode.Methods With the sensor technology and the automation control technology,the automatic printing and stickup were realized by analyzing the process and designing software and hardware.Results Combining the computer control software,pipeline operation of printing and pasting of test-tube label was implemented,and then the automated test-tube labeling system based on the step motor came into being.Conclusion The automated test-tube labeling system based on the step motor gets rid of the shortcomings from the traditional manual mode and has a brilliant future in clinical application.
