【Abstract】 Impacts from global climate change on society and economy in China and Chinese Climate system are summarized.The extreme climate accident is resulted from the combined action from both human activities and natural climate periodic changes.The adaptable measures that we should have are based on the idea of regretless.The disaster mitigation and prevention should be normalization.Finally,the suggestions on disaster mitigation and prevention in Yunnan are pointed out.更多还原
