交通事故现场勘查的范围管理研究——以WBS为方法
Research on Range Management for Crime Scene Investigation of Traffic Accident(Method: WBS)
【摘要】 WBS也称为工作分解结构,是项目团队为实现项目目标而必须执行的工作所进行的层次分解。文章引入项目管理理念,采用自上而下法进行工作分解,以项目可交付成果为标准编制交通事故现场勘查的工作分解结构(WBS),以及相应WBS词典,通过WBS的应用,可以规范勘查的过程,防止遗漏,提高勘查的准确性,最大限度地保证可交付物的质量。
【Abstract】 WBS means work breaking structure.The essay focus on the work breaking structure in crime scene investigation of traffic accidents to improve the efficiency and preciseness of investigation.
