解脲支原体基因分型研究进展

【摘要】 对解脲支原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)的培养、基因分型、不同人群基因型与致病性的关系及UU药敏作了综述.根据UU特定片段的基因序列可设计引物对脲原体进行基因分型.解脲支原体主要分为2个种,14个基因型.UU在健康人群中主要以细小脲支原体(U.parvum,Up)为主,且以1、3、6型为主;在泌尿生殖道感染患者及性工作者中Up的分离率明显降低,解脲脲支原体(U.urealyticum,Uu)分离率升高,该现象表明Uu的出现可能与疾病相关,故UU分型对发病机制的研究有重要作用.

【Abstract】 The Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) cultivation,genotype determination,the relationship of different genotype with the corresponding pathogenidty and the drug susceptibility of UU were reviewed in this paper.The primers designed according to the genetic sequence of specific segments were used for UU genotype determination.Ureaplasma urealyticum was classified with 2 species and 14 genotypes.Among healthy people,Urea mycoplasma(Up) with genotype of 1,3,6 type are priority.In the genitourinary tract infection patients and sex workers,the isolation rate of Up reduced significantly,and in contrast,the isolation rate of UU increased.This phenomenon indicated that the UU might be related with the specific diseases,and the genotype determination of UU is significant with the further research of diseases pathogenesis UU related.
