【Abstract】 An ideal analytical-preparative program was established to separate and purify the chemical components from the extract of flowers of Apocynum venetum L.A simple and precise preparation process was achieved from the gradient analytical method,which led to the isolation of nine pure flavonoid compounds.The structure of the compounds was determined based on the 1D,2D NMR and LC-ESIMS data.更多还原
