【Abstract】 To run an Open University well means to rely on a comprehensive university and to fully use the platform of modern information technology and communication technology.Under the public education environment with fewer restrictions,the Open University should concentrate on students,aiming at satisfying the need for different types and levels of universities in both urban and rural area.Also,it is supposed not only to insist on constructing the tertiary education,but also to develop the non-degree continuous education and open tertiary education institutions supported by public education service.The Open University is the direction of development of long-distance education.更多还原
