【摘要】 目的观察急性肾小球肾炎并发急性肾功能衰竭中医辨证辅助治疗的疗效。方法急性肾小球肾炎并发急性肾功能衰竭患者72例,随机分为治疗组(n=40)与对照组(n=32),对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组根据辨证分型加服中药。治疗4周后进行疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率(97.5%)优于对照组(87.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血压、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性肾小球肾炎并发急性肾功能衰竭采取西药联合中医辨证治疗,可增强疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute glomerulonephritis complicated with acute renal failure.Methods 72 cases of acute glomerulonephritis complicated with acute renal failure were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.40 cases in treatment group were treated with combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine;32 cases in control group were treated only by western medicine.Results After 4 weeks of treating,the effective rate in treatment group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than that(87.5%) of control group(P<0.05 ).There were significantly differences in BP,urinary protein of 24hr,serum Scr,BUN before and after treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01),improvement in treatment group were superior to those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine was obviously superior to western medicine alone in improving prognosis of acute glomerulonephritis complicated with acute renal failure.更多还原
