【摘要】 目的观察通心络联合奥拉西坦在轻度认知障碍(MCI)治疗中的疗效。方法采用前瞻性病例对照研究,对48例老年MCI患者随机分为2组,对照组23例采用奥拉西坦治疗方案,联合组25例在奥拉西坦基础上加用通心络,分析2组治疗前后综合认知功能及计算能力、空间功能、单纯语言功能、单纯注意或执行功能等的变化,并观察阿尔茨海默病(AD)发生率。结果 2组治疗前各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组综合认知功能及计算能力、空间功能、单纯语言功能等均明显提高(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,联合组发生AD 1例(4.0%),对照组发生AD 3例(13.0%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论联合应用通心络及奥拉西坦治疗轻度认知障碍,可改善MCI患者的认知障碍,并能降低MCI向AD的几率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the function of Tongxinluo and oxiracetam in treating mild cognitive impairment (MCI).Methods An open prospective control study was conducted on 48 cases elder patients with MCI;they were allocated to two groups.The control group(23 cases) was treated with oxiracetam,and the treatment group(25 cases)was combined oxiracetam and Tongxinluo for the therapy.Changes of comprehensive cognitive function,calculation ability of time and space, languages action,attention or execute action were analyzed,and observe the incidence of developing to Alzheimer’s disease (AD).Results There were no significant differences of these indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The comprehensive cognitive function,calculation ability of time and space,languages action,attention or execute action were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.05),which had no remarkable change in the control group(P>0.05), these index in the treatment group was notably higher than the control group(P<0.05 ).And it was found in one-year follow-up that the treatment group was lcase(4.0%) but the control group with 3 cases(13.0%) in the incidence of developing to AD,The incidence between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.01 ).Conclusion Combined application of Tongxinluo and oxiracetam for treatment can significantly improve the cognitive function of MCI patients,and reduce their incidence of developing to AD.更多还原
