【摘要】 目的探讨Ezrin和Inos在喉癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测Ezrin和Inos在40例喉鳞癌组织的癌中心区、癌旁组织(距肿瘤边缘≥1 cm)中的表达,并以20例非喉癌患者喉部正常黏膜组织中的表达作对照。结果 (1)喉癌组织中Ezrin和Inos的表达量均明显高于癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.05),而癌旁组织与正常喉黏膜组织的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)Ezrin和Inos的表达与喉癌组织中的淋巴结转移、临床分期和病理分级相关(P<0.05),与临床分型、肿瘤大小、吸烟量、年龄和性别无相关性(P>0.05)。(3)喉癌组织中Ezrin表达水平与Inos表达水平呈正相关(r=0.9679,P<0.05)。结论 Ezrin和Inos的过度表达与喉鳞癌的发生、发展和转移有密切关系,检测Ezrin和Inos的表达可作为判断喉鳞癌预后的新指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin and Inos in laryngeal carcinoma and analyze the relationship between Ezrin and Inos.Methods The expression of Ezrin and Inos in center and para carcinoma tissues(cutting margin≥1 cm) of 40 cases of laryngeal carcinoma fresh samples were detected by SP immunohistochemistry method,20 normal laryngeal mucosa samples were also studied as controls.Results(1 )The quantitative expression of Ezrin and Inos in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was obviously higher than that in para carcinoma and in normal laryngeal mucosa tissues respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the expression of para carcinoma and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues (P>0.05).(2) In laryngeal carcinoma,the expression of Ezrin and Inos was not significantly related to patients’ clinical classification,tumor size,smoking history,patients’age and sex,but related to lymph mode metastasis,pathological grade and clini cal stage.(3) In laryngeal carcinoma,the expression of Ezrin had close positive relationship with that of Inos(r = 0.9679,P<0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of Ezrin and Inos may contribute to the carcinogenesis,development and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.It is a new index of evaluating prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma with measuring the expression of Ezrin and Inos.更多还原
