肉桂醛缩异烟肼及其锌配合物的抑菌性和抗氧化性研究
Antibacterial and Antioxidant Capacity of Isoniazid Shrink and Cinnam Aldehyde Schiff base and its Zinc Complexe
【摘要】 以异烟肼、肉桂醛为原料,用溶液法合成了异烟肼缩肉桂醛Schiff碱,用溶剂热法合成了锌(Ⅱ)的配合物,分别用红外光谱、紫外光谱对配体和配合物进行了表征,并进行了抑菌性和抗氧化性研究。
【Abstract】 Isoniazid and cinnamaldehyde Schiff base were synthesized by solution method and its zinc(Ⅱ) complexes was obtained by the method of solvothermal synthesis.The ligand and complex were characterized by IR and UV spectrum.The antibacterial and antioxidant capacity were evaluated.
