【Abstract】 There are lots of quantifiers in Chinese while there are none in English.However,many ways are used to express "quantity" in English.Different languages have their ways to express themselves,which reflect the qualities of the language and the cognitive views of the people using it.This paper points out that the differences of quantifiers in Chinese and English are caused from image schema,categorization,conceptual structure and analogy by analyzing them in cognitive linguistics.更多还原
