高温HCl环境下设备失效机理分析及腐蚀图谱绘制
Corrosion Mechanism Analysis in HCl Atmospheres at High Temperature and Wear Map Drew
【摘要】 通过引用Cl2引起的活性氧化理论,分析一套现役蛇管式浸没急冷器的快速腐蚀失效机理。通过理论与实际情况的综合分析,阐述了该设备只在某个特定的部位发生快速腐蚀的原因。结合腐蚀减薄数据和模拟结果绘制了该部位的腐蚀图谱,并由另一设备的实际减薄情况验证了该图谱的可用性。该图谱可作为类似设备设计的依据。
【Abstract】 Use the action oxidation theory to explain the failure mechanism of the coil heat exchange.Combine the theory and practice data make it clear that why corrosion only happened at a small special area.Drew the wear map though the corrosion date and this map be verified by the corrosion data from the another equipment.Use this map people can predict the corrosion rate of this type of exchanger and guide the future design.
