【摘要】 目的通过对北京市干部人群体检资料的统计学分析,探讨某些局部因素及全身因素与牙周炎与之间的相关关系。方法 2008年9月-2009年9月对在我院参加体检的北京市干部人群进行随机整群抽样,4485名(男2997名、女1488名)被纳入研究,所有对象均取空腹静脉血检测总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、血糖。对所有入选者进行体格检查、牙周检查,问卷调查、牙周状况采用CPI指数及首创综合评分值评价,对数据采用多重线性回归分析(Multiple LinearRegression),并将年龄分层后进行分析。结果总人群分析与牙周炎有相关性的危险因素有年龄、性别、受教育程度、血糖、吸烟程度、刷牙时间。老年组与牙周炎有相关性的危险因素有性别、受教育程度。中青年组与牙周炎有相关性的危险因素有性别、受教育程度、年龄、吸烟程度、血糖。而体质指数、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白与牙周炎没有明显相关性。结论牙周炎是多因素疾病,在口腔预防保健工作中通过口腔卫生习惯、生活方式等干预控制以上危险因素,可降低牙周炎的患病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TO survey the correlation between peridontitis and blood glucose,hyperlipidemia and other related factors.Methods From September,2008 to September,2009 the cross sectional survey on the level of blood glucose,serum lipid and periodtal conditions of the cadres in Beijing was carried out with random cluster sampling method,4485 cases were requested to fill to a questionnaire and were stratified into two groups-young middle aged adults and old adults.The data were analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression.Results Statistical analysis showed blood glucose,age,educational level,quantity of smoking,gender(male) and time of which one brush their teeth was positively associated with periodontitis in total cases,gender(male) and educational level was positively associated with periodontitis in old adults,gender(male),educational level,age,quantity of smoking and blood glucose was positively associated with periodontitis in young middle aged adults.There is no relationship between cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,body mass index and the sevenity of periodontitis.Conclusions Periodontitis is a disease with many affected factors,we should control the risk factors by intervening day life style in order to pretend periodontitis.更多还原
