【摘要】 目的比较使用口外弓与Nance弓增强支抗的临床效果。方法选择上颌拥挤伴前突的患者20名,随机分两组,分别采用口外弓和Nance弓增强支抗,对治疗前后的模型及头颅侧位X片进行测量并对比分析。结果口外弓组上颌磨牙位置较为稳定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口外弓支抗比Nance弓支抗效果更为理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects of headgear and Nance appliance in anchorage control.Methods Twenty cases with maxillary crowded and protrusion were selected,randomly divided into two groups,using headgear and Nance appliance.The model of before and after treatment and headed a measurement of the X and comparative analysis.Results Cases with headgear more evidently than those with Nance appliance.The position of upper molar was more stable(P<0.05).Conclusion The headgear could provide better anchorage control than Nance appliance.更多还原
