【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺恶性结节的高频彩色多普勒超声特点。方法 35例40个甲状腺恶性结节进行高频彩色多普勒超声检查,全部病例均经手术病理证实。结果 40个恶性结节中,形状不规则26个、低回声实性成分为主32个、周边无声晕33个、出现沙砾样钙化24个、结节周边及内部均可见血流信号23个。颈部转移淋巴结8个,其中4个伴有钙化。结论高频彩色多普勒超声特征有助于甲状腺癌的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the high-frequency ultrasound characteristics of thyroid carcinoma.Methods Forty thyroid malignant nodules in 35 patients were confirmed by operation and pathology.Characteristics of thyroid tumor in grayscale and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) were depicted and analyzed.Results Twenty-six nodules in 40 thyroid carcinoma nodules showed irregular shape;32 nodules showed hypoechoic solid nodules;33 showed the absence of a halo;Sandy calcified foci in 24;sonographic blood flow signals were seen both inside lesions and on borders in 23 nodules.8 cases had metastatic lymph nodes of neck,in which 4 with calcifications.Conclusion The ultrasound characteristics of tumor are helpful in diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.更多还原
