【摘要】 目的观察89SrCL2联合唑来膦酸在治疗晚期肺癌多发性骨转移瘤、缓解重度骨痛、改善生活质量等方面的疗效。方法对35例晚期肺癌骨转移瘤中重度疼痛的患者分别用89SrCL2联合唑来膦酸治疗。结果 89SrCL2联合唑来膦酸联合治疗组有效率为91.4%。结论用89SrCL2联合唑来膦酸治疗转移性骨肿瘤,能显著减轻患者中重度疼痛、提高生活质量,是一种有效且较安全、可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the 89SrCL2 joint zoledronic acid in the treatment of advanced lung cancer bone metastases,alleviate multiple severe bone pain,improve life quality,the effect of comparison.Methods Thirty-five patients with advanced cancer bone metastases moderate to severe pain patients respectively for 89SrCL2 joint zoledronic acid treatment.Results 89SrCL2 joint zoledronic acid combination therapy group,Effective rate was 91.4%.Conclusion 89SrCL2 joint zoledronic acid treatment metastatic bone tumors can significantly reduce pain patients with moderate to severe,improve the quality of life,it is a kind of effective and relatively safety and reliability of the method.更多还原
