【摘要】 目的观察银杏叶滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(低危组)患者110例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例,治疗组予银杏叶滴丸口服,对照组口服消心痛(硝酸异山梨酯)、阿司匹林,4周后观察心绞痛临床疗效和心电图、血脂、C-反应蛋白、血液流变学、心功能指标的改变。结果治疗组与对照组心绞痛症状、心电图疗效较治疗前改善,治疗后两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组血脂、C-反应蛋白、血液流变学指标较治疗前改善,且优于对照组,有差异显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后心功能明显改善。结论银杏叶滴丸可明显缓解不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状,并改善患者血脂、C-反应蛋白、血液流变学和心功能,临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Ginkgobiloba Extract(GbE) dropping pills in treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 110Cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(55cases) was treated with GbE dropping pills and the control group with Isosorbide Dinitrate,Aspirin Tablets.Courses of both groups were 4weeks.Results After treatment,angina and ECG of the two groups were obviously improved than that before treatment.Compared with the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Blood-fat,C-reactive protein,haemorheology of the treatment group were obviously improved.Compared with the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion GbE dropping pills are an effective prescription with good therapeutic effect on the treatment of UAP.更多还原
