【摘要】 目的观察Survivin、PTEN和GPC3在肝细胞癌中的表达,探讨其在肝细胞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测Survivin、PTEN和GPC3在40例肝细胞癌、40例癌旁组织及20例正常肝组织中的表达。结果 Survivin及GPC3蛋白在肝细胞癌中表达分别为62.5%、82.5%;显著高于癌旁组织(22.5%、5%)及正常肝组织(0);PTEN蛋白在肝细胞癌、癌旁及正常肝中表达分别为47.5%、92.5%、97.5%,其在肝癌组织的表达水平显著低于癌旁组织和正常肝组织。结论 Survivin、PTEN和GPC3蛋白异常表达与肝细胞癌的发生和发展有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study the Expression of Survivin,PTEN and GPC3 in Hepatocellular carcinoma,and discuss its significance in the origin and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.Method By using immunohistochemical method,we examined the expression of Survivin,PTEN and GPC3 in 40 specimens of HCC,surrounding nonmalignant hepatic tissues and 20 specimens of normalliver tissues.Results The expression of Survivin and GPC3 in HCC were significantly higher than surrounding nonmalignant hepatic tissues and normalliver tissues.The expression of PTEN in human HCC was markedly lower than surrounding nonmalignant hepatic tissues and normal liver tissues.Conclusion The abnormal expression of Survivin,PTEN and GPC3 in HCC may have a synergistic effect in the origin and development of HCC.更多还原
