家兔死后不同温度下眼玻璃体液钾、镁、锰含量与PMI关系的研究
Study on the relation between PMI and the concentration of potassium,magnesium and manganese in the vitreous humor of rabbit after death
【摘要】 目的研究死后不同温度下眼玻璃体液钾、镁、锰含量变化及其与死亡时间的关系。方法应用原子吸收分光光度计检测在4~7℃和25~28℃环境下死后即刻至96h之间玻璃体液钾、镁、锰含量,探讨其与PMI的相关性。结果在4~7℃和25~28℃条件下,死后即刻至96h钾、镁离子含量均随时间推移而上升,高温组钾、镁含量回归直线斜率比低温组的回归直线斜率大。说明在一定范围内,环境温度越高,玻璃体液中钾、镁离子浓度上升就越快。锰离子在高、低温组家兔眼玻璃体液死后即刻至96h均未检出。结论在高温和低温条件下,死后眼玻璃体液钾、镁含量均随时间延长而升高,高温组较低温组钾、镁离子含量上升速度快。
【Abstract】 Objective Study the relationship between changes of the concentration of potassium,magnesium and manganese in the vitreous humor of rabbits and the postmortem imterval in the various temperature.Methods This study detected the concentration of potassium,magnesium and manganese in vitreous humor of rabbit at 96h after death and explored the relationship between their concentration and PMI using a method of tomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results In the circumstance of 4-7℃ and 25-28℃,the concentration of potassium and magnesium raised steadily with extension of postmortem intervals from 0 to 96 hours in rabbits.The concentration of manganese was not detected in the circumstance of 4-7℃ and 25-28℃.Conclusion The concentration of potassium,magnesium and manganese in the vitreous humor rises while the PMI extends.There are correlations between the concentration of potassium and magnesium in the vitreous humor and the PMI.
