【摘要】 目的观察前列腺内药物注射治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法将92例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组,观察组48例前列腺内注射抗生素和中药,并相应给与针对性的健康教育和心理护理;对照组44例口服抗前列腺炎药物,临床治疗4周,观察两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率为87.5%,与对照组相比,合用中药注射治疗慢性前列腺炎比口服抗前列腺炎药物更为有效(P<0.05)。结论前列腺内注射抗生素和中药是治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法,治疗同时给予相应针对性的健康教育和心理护理措施是有效的辅助手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe efficacy of intraprotatic medicine injection on the patients with chronic prostatis and analysis the nuring points.Methods 92 patients were divided evenly into two groups randomly which were trial group and control group.The trial group was given treatment of intraprotatic injection with antibiotic and Chinese traditional medicine,while the control one was treated with only oral anti-prostatitis medicine.The trial group was given corresponding health education and psychological counseling.Results After treatment the trial group was responsed to higher efficiency of 87.5%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraprotatic medicine injection is an effective therapy for chronic prostatis,and it is necessary to give corresponding health education and psychological counseling to the patients while they are having the treatment.更多还原
