【摘要】 目的研究肠内免疫营养对胃癌手术后患者免疫反应及预后的影响。方法将52例胃癌患者随机分为肠内免疫营养组(Enteral immune nutrition,EIN组)和常规肠内营养组(Enteral nutrition,EN组),分别于术后第2～8d给予等氮、等热量的肠内营养支持。于手术前1d、术后第2d和第9d分别检测IgG、IgA、IgM、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、肝肾功能、血糖及电解质,并统计住院天数及用药期间感染并发症的发生情况。结果术后第1d两组的免疫指标均较术前1d有所降低,术后第9d肠内免疫营养组IgG、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+的表达较常规肠内营养组显著回升(P<0.05)。两组在住院天数和感染并发症方面差异无显著性。结论肠内免疫营养组较常规肠内营养组能更加有效地改善胃癌患者术后的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To evaluate the role of postoperative enteral immunonutrition on host immune responses and prognosis.Methods Fifty two patients with gastric cancer were randomized to receive either an immune enhancing enteral diets or an isocaloric,ison itrogenous control diets for seven days.Enteral feeding was initiated 24 hours after surgery.IgG,IgA,IgM,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,hepatic and renal function,blood glucose,electrolyte were tested at the one day before operation,the first day after operation and the ninth day after operation.Hospital days and infectious complications were also observed.Results All the immunity indicators of the two groups on the first day after operation were lower than that on the one day before operation.IgG,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ expression on the ninth day postoperation day were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in Hospital days and infectious complications.Conclusions Compared with the normal enteral nutrition,enteral immune nutrition can improve the immunity function in patients undering surgery for stomatch cancer.更多还原
