治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的新尝试——全身应用更昔洛韦胶囊

【摘要】 目的评价分析更昔洛韦胶囊联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法将51例单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者随机分成2组:实验组26只眼,更昔洛韦胶囊口服联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗;对照组25只眼,更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗。结果 4周疗程结束后,实验组治愈率达到92.31%,体征评分1.2±2.15,对照组治愈率36.00%,体征评分8.72±3.07,两组治疗结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦胶囊联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗程短,治愈快,治愈率明显增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ganciclovir capsules combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods 51 cases of herpes simplex keratitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:experimental group,26 eyes,treatment of ganciclovir capsules combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel.Control group,25 eyes,ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in the treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the cure rate reached 92.31% in experimental group,signs score 1.2±2.15,control group was 36%,signs score 8.72±3.07,the two groups was statistically significant different between treatment outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in combination with ganciclovir capsules in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis results in short course of treatment,healing faster,significantly higher cure rate.更多还原
