【摘要】 目的分析老年肺炎的临床特点,进一步提高老年肺炎的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我院于2005年12月～2009年12月收治的226例老年肺炎的临床资料。结果老年肺炎的临床表现多样,主要表现为全身乏力、喘息、气急和咳嗽等症状,该病好发于有基础疾病的患者,X线主要表现为小片状、斑片状炎性浸润影。结论老年肺炎的表现较为复杂,早期的诊断和治疗对提高治愈率和降低死亡率具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical features of pneumonia in elderly,further improve the diagnosis and treatment of elderly pneumonia.Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of 226 elderly patients with pneumonia treated in our hospital during 2005-12 and 2009-12.Results Elderly patients with pneumonia,clinical manifestation,mainly for the malaise,wheezing,shortness of breath and cough,the disease occurs easily in patients with underlying diseases,X-ray images showed small patchy,dot inflammatory infiltrations.Conclusion The performance of older patients with pneumonia is much more complicated,early diagnosis and treatment have important clinical significance to improve the cure rate and mortality.更多还原
