【摘要】 目的探讨液基细胞学检查(LCT)、人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV-DNA)检测及两种联合检测对宫颈癌筛查的临床诊断价值。方法用人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV-DNA)检测和液基细胞学测试(LCT)对1565例患者进行了宫颈筛查,最后结合阴道镜活检组织病理结果作为诊断结果。结果在对高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的检测中,HPV-DNA与LCT的敏感性分别为94.26%、90.98%,特异性分别为81.39%、81.11%,而联合两种检测方法几乎可以筛查出所有的CINⅡ以上的病变,敏感性高达99%,明显提高了宫颈病变的检出率。结论 HPV-DNA和LCT检测常用于宫颈癌筛查,联合应用能显著提高筛查效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To dicuss the clinical value of liquid-based cytology test(LCT),human papilloma virus(HPV-DNA) and their combined analysis for cervical cancer screening.Methods Using two ways of HPV-DNA and LCT to check 1565 women’s cervixs,which combined the results of colposcopy biopsy as the final diagnosis in screening cervical cancer.Results In the high-grade examination of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),the sensitivity of HPV-DNA and LCT were 94.26%,90.98%,their specificity were 81.39%,81.11%,and combine two methods,which almost can screening above all of CINⅡpathological changes,their sensitivity can high to 99%.It improved the detection rate of cervical pathological change obviously.Conclusion Both HPV-DNA test and LCT are valuable for screening cervical cancer.The combined detection by HPV-DNA test and LCT can significantly improve the detection rate in cervical cancer screening.更多还原
