【摘要】 目的探讨血色病的CT表现,以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析经穿刺活检病理证实的6例血色病患者的CT表现,并结合文献,对此病的病理、临床及CT特点进行讨论。结果 6例血色病病例中,CT平扫可见组织密度增高,CT值明显高于正常范围。其中,肝脏及脾密度显著增高者2例,单纯肝脏密度显著增高者4例。结论应用多层螺旋CT可清楚显示本病特点,能够明确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss CT imaging findings of hemochromatosis in order to improve the understanding of this disease.Methods The CT imaging findings of hemochromatosis proved by biopsy and pathology in 6 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Then analyzing the CT features,clinical and pathological features.Results In 6 cases,Plain CT scan showed live and spleen were high density,they were higher than nomal.Among the 6 cases,the density of 2 cases were higher in both liver and spleen,only 4 cases in liver.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can clearly show the characteristics of this disease and confirm the diagnosis.更多还原
