【摘要】 目的观察大黄治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法将41例急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分成A组(试验组)与B组(对照组),对照组只给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上给予大黄鼻饲及保留灌肠。观察两组血清淀粉酶、腹内压、肠鸣音恢复时间、APACHEⅡ评分、ICU住院时间。结果试验组血清淀粉酶、腹内压、APACHEⅡ评分下降明显;肠鸣音恢复时间、ICU住院时间短。结论大黄能有效缓解急性重症胰腺炎的临床症状,缩短病程,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of rhubarb treatment for patients of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 41cases of SAP were randomly divided into treatment group(n=21)and control group(n=20).Conventional treatment were administrated to control group,while rhubarb were added to treatment group.The changes of serum-amylase level,intra-abdominal pressure,APACHEⅡ were recorded;aslo the days of bowel sound happened and staying in intensive cure unite(ICU)were recorded.Results The serum-amylase level,intra-abdominal pressure,APACHEⅡin treatment group were lower than those in control group.And the days of bowel sound happened and staying in ICU in treatment group were significantly decreased than those in control group.Conclusion The rhubarb treatment can relieved the symptom of SAP and improve the prognosis.更多还原
