【摘要】 目的介绍外踝上逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复外踝部骨外露。方法自2001年以来,笔者共利用外踝上逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复踝部电烧伤5例,外踝部车祸伤后骨外露4例,外踝部骨折内固定后皮肤溃疡骨外露5例。结果 14例皮瓣,13例全部成活,1例皮瓣因蒂部张力过大而致其皮肤部分坏死。术后随访6个月~5年,外形满意,功能良好,均重返工作岗位。结论 该术式具有操作简单,血运可靠,且不牺牲小腿主要动脉。该皮瓣对于小腿中下1/3、外踝及足背等较大面积缺损的修复,是一种较理想的方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the reverse of the Island fascial flap on lateral malleolus in repairing of the bone exposure of the outside ankle.Methods Since the years of 2001, we have totally repaired 5 cases of electric burns on ankle and 4 cases of Outside ankle bone exposed after injury accident and 5 cases of exposed bone apart after the internal fixation of ankle fractures with skin ulcer by the reverse of the island fascial flap on lateral malleolu.Results In the 14 cases of skin flap, all are success except one case because pedicle tension is too large part due to their skin necrosis. In the six months to five years of our follow-up, all patients are satisfied with the appearance and the function of the skin after operation and return to their work place.Conclusion Such type of operation has the following advantages: simple operation.Reliable blood supply, having no harm to the main Artery of leg. It is an ideal method of such skin flap to repair large part of damaged skin of one thirds of the lower leg, lateral malleolus, dorsal pedis and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
