【摘要】 目的观察自制中药祛癣方治疗花斑癣的临床疗效。方法将178例花斑癣患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予盐酸特比萘芬乳膏适量外抹,2次/d,连用4周。治疗组予中药祛癣方,外涂皮肤,2次/d,连用4周。观察皮损消退情况、真菌镜检阴转率及复发率。结果观察组的皮损消退情况、真菌镜检转阴率均明显优于对照组(P=0.002)。结论中药祛癣方对花斑癣具有显著疗效,是一种行之有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical observation on the treatment of tinea versicolor with Quxuan medicinal liquor.Methods 178 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups:trial group and control group.In control group the patients were given Terbinafine Hydrochloride Ointment,two times per day;and in trial group the patients were given Quxuan medicinal liquor two times per day.The therapeutic course was 1 month.Results At the end of the treatment,the complete rehabilitation rate in the trial group was superior to that in the control group(P=0.002),without significant difference in curative effect.Conclusion Quxuan medicinal liquor was an effective and safe treatment for tinea versicolor.更多还原
