【摘要】 目的探讨早期康复训练及健康教育对脑卒中患者的疗效。方法选择116例临床确诊的脑卒中患者,将其随机分为对照组56例和治疗组60例;对照组给予常规内科治疗,治疗组加用健康教育及早期康复训练治疗,比较治疗前后患者的心理状态、神经功能及生活自理能力,并进行评分。结果治疗30 d后,治疗组HRSD、NIHSS、Barthel评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中患者早期康复训练及健康教育可明显减轻残疾,有效改善生活自理能力,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of health education and early rehabilitation training on the stroke patients.Methods 116 stroke patients disgnosed were randomly divided into control group and treatmeet groups.The control group conventional medical treatment and health education and early treatment of rehabilitation training in treatment group.To compare the psychological state,motor function and daily living of the patients before and after evaluating of the patients treatment.Results After 30 days HRSD,NIHSS,Barthel scores of treatmeet groups was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early rehabilitation and health education training on stroke patients can significantly reduce disability,improve self-care capacityand improve quality of life.更多还原
