【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)在老年急性胆囊炎患者治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析2004年8月～2010年8月笔者所在科收治的60例老龄急性结石性胆囊炎行腹腔镜患者的临床资料,随机选择同期30例60岁此类行传统开腹手术患者的临床资料进行比较。结果 58例成功完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术,手术时间50～210min,平均90min。2例中转开腹手术,1例因Calot三角出现致密粘连,解剖层次模糊不清;另1例为Mirizzi综合征。结论只要掌握好手术时机和手术技巧,急性结石性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in treatment with elderly acute cholecystitis combine with gallstone.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis trteated by LC from August.2004 to August 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results LC was successfully performed on 58 patients.2 patients underwent cholecystectomy.The operative time was 50-210 minutes,averaged 90 minutes.But 2 patients were converted to open surgery,one was disturbed anatomy and severe adhesion in the region of the Calots triangle.Other one was mirizzi syndrome.Conclusion LC is safe and effective for patients with acute calculous cholecystitis.更多还原
