微量元素养分平衡剂对黄芩的生长及次生代谢产物积累的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究通丰牌微量元素养分平衡剂对1年生和2年生黄芩的生长和次生代谢产物积累的影响。方法:通过大田试验,分别在北京顺义和河北承德采用单因素随机区组设计,在7月份和8月份对黄芩叶面喷施不同浓度的通丰牌微量养分平衡剂(通丰微肥300倍和通丰微肥600倍),利用植物生理学常规方法测定黄芩的生长指标,并利用HPLC测定黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的含量。结果:不同浓度的通丰微量元素养分平衡剂在保证黄芩质量的前提下对黄芩的生长有不同程度的促进作用。其中,喷施通丰微肥300倍的1年生黄芩株高、地径、根粗、地上部分干重和根干重比喷施清水的对照组分别提高了17.08%,18.35%,15.32%,25.35%,17.79%(P<0.05)。喷施通丰微肥600倍的2年生黄芩株高和根长比对照组分别显著提高了16.47%和11.41%(P<0.01),喷施通丰微肥300倍的2年生黄芩株高和根长比对照组分别显著提高了25.41%和22.34%(P<0.01)。同时,喷施通丰微肥600倍和300倍的汉黄芩素含量比对照组分别高出29.48%和31.46%(P<0.05)。结论:通丰牌微量元素养分平衡剂在保证黄芩药用质量的前提下能显著提高其生长产量,且对2年生黄芩的促生长效果更明显,此外,通丰微肥300倍的效果优于600倍。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of trace elements nutrient balance of Tongfeng on the growth and the accumulation of secondary metabolites of one-year and two-years old Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.Methods: Through field experiment, to adopt one factor random blocks design in Beijing and Hebei, spraying trace elements fertilizer of Tongfeng with various concentration on leaves of scutellaria growing in Beijing and Hebei in July and August, respectively.Growing indicators were determined by general method in plant physiology.And the content of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein and wogonin in the pants were determined by HPLC.Results: On the premise that the trace elements nutrient balance with various concentrations didn’t influence the quality, they all are beneficial to the growth of scutellaria.Fertilizers diluted by 300 times significantly promoted the plant height, the diameter of residue of rhizome, girth of root, dry weight above the earth and dry weight of root of scutellaria growing in Beijing by 17.08 %, 18.35 %, 15.32 %, 25.35 % and 17.79 %, respectively(P<0.05),compared to the control group(spraying fresh water).Refering to the stutellaria growing in Hebei,the plant height and length of root of the plants which were sprayed by the fertilizers diluted by 600 times,compared to the control group,significantly enhanced by 16.47 % and 11.41 %, respectively(P<0.01).And the fertilizers diluted by 300 times significantly promoted the plant height and length of root by 25.41 % and 22.34 %, respectively(P<0.01).Moreover, the fertilizers diluted by 600 times and 300 times significantly promoted the content of wogonin by 29.48 % and 31.46 %, respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion: The trace elements nutrient balance could significantly promote the yield of scutellaria on the premise of assuring the officinal quality, and the promotion were more significant to two-years old scutellaria, besides, the fertilizer diluted by 300 times were more effective than that diluted by 600 times.
