【摘要】 目的:探索建立雷氏珍菊降压片的指纹图谱质量控制方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC梯度洗脱法测定珍菊降压片的指纹图谱,并运用国家药典委员会发布的《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》软件分析比较其相似度。结果:初步建立了含有10个特征峰的雷氏珍菊降压片高效液相指纹图谱,并归属了其中的盐酸可乐定、氢氯噻嗪、芦丁和蒙花苷峰;14批样品相似度系数均大于0.989。结论:RP-HPLC(DAD)法指纹图谱特征性较强、重复性好,可用于珍菊降压片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the fingerprint of Leishi Brand Zhenju Jiangya Tablet.Methods:A fingerprinting of Leishi Brand Zhenju Jiangya Tablet was invested by RP-HPLC with a gradient elution mode.,the simalarity was analysed by Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software.Results:The fingerprinting with 10 characteristic peaks,among of which peak 4,5,6 and 10 identified as Clonidine hydrochloride,Hydrochlorothiazide,Rutin and Linarin.The similarity of 14 samples are all higher than 0.989.Conclusion:The fingerprint method established show to be easy,repeatable and sensitive to distinguish the samples tested.更多还原
