N,N′-二环己基-N-二十二碳酸酰脲解离常数测定
Determination of Dissociation Constant of N,N′-Dicyclohexyl-N-Docosanoyl Urea
【摘要】 目的:测定N,N′-二环己基-N-二十二碳酸酰脲解离常数。方法:采用紫外分光光度法及A-pH曲线法测定N,N′-二环己基-N-二十二碳酸酰脲解离常数。结果:紫外分光光度法测得N,N′-二环己基-N-二十二碳酸酰脲的pKa为7.16±0.24,A-pH曲线法求得pKa为6.98。
【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the dissociation constant of N,N′-dicyclohexyl-N-docosanoyl urea.Methods: The dissociation constant of N,N′-dicyclohexyl-N-docosanoyl urea is detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV) and A-pH curves.Results: The dissociation constant of N,N′-dicyclohexyl-N-docosanoyl urea is 7.16±0.24 by UV and 6.98 by A-pH curves.
