【摘要】 行业划转院校是世纪之交国家高等教育管理体制改革后出现的一类高等院校。近十年来,行业划转院校进行了具有共性的重大改革,表现出多学科化、大规模化、地方化和市场化等主要特点。面对难得的机遇和严峻的挑战,行业划转院校改革与发展的主要任务是转变发展方式,提高竞争能力,发展高端功能和扎根地方需求。在高等教育改革与发展的新形势下,行业划转院校既不能简单地"抛弃"行业特色,也不能单纯地再"回归"行业,而是要深谋远虑,在服务行业与服务地方的双重价值中找到适合自己的发展道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transferred universities of industries are those of the newly emerged universities after the reform of the national administration system of higher education at the turn of the new century.Over the past decade,the universities have carried out the significant reform,which is represented the characteristics of multi-disciplines,large scale,localization and marketing.Faced with the opportunities and challenges,the major tasks of the transferred universities of industries are to change the development mode,improve the competition ability,extend high-end functions and root in the local needs.Under the new situation of reform and development of higher education,the transferred universities of industries can neither simply abandon industrial characteristics,nor simply go back to industries,and have to have foresight and find their own suitable road of development in the fusion of the dual values of serving the industries and local needs.更多还原
