基于三元模型的炉温寻优研究

【摘要】 针对连续加热炉建立了稳态三元模型,通过对热电偶温度的模拟,建立了燃料量与炉温的关系。进而以燃耗最小为目标函数,通过试错法搜索最优炉温和钢温曲线。以某厂3号炉为对象,分别搜索不同产量下的最优炉温和钢温,为在线控制系统提供指导。

【Abstract】 A ternary model of reheating furnace was established.Through the simulation of thermocouple temperature,the relationship between fuel quantity and furnace temperature was found.Taking minimum fuel consumption as objective function,the optimal temperature fields of furnace and slab were searched by the way of trial and error.An example that searching optimal temperature fields of furnace and slab in different yield of the No.3 furnace in a mill was shown,which prove that the method could provide guidance for on-line control system.
