清洁压裂液内外相破胶技术研究
Internal and External Phase Breaker Technology for Viscoelastic Surfactant Gelled Fluids
【摘要】 研究了在无外相物质或外相物质较少的环境下,用内外相结合的破胶方法实现清洁压裂液快速彻底破胶并进行了现场试验。清洁压裂液配方为:1.5%~2.5%VES+0.36%~0.74%激活剂+破胶剂。考察了外相破胶剂(原油、水)和内相破胶剂CT-1对压裂液破胶黏度的影响。随着原油量、水量的增加,压裂液的黏度降低;在35℃和无烃物质时,内相破胶剂CT-1可提高清洁压裂液的剪切力。加入1%CT-1后,压裂液黏度随温度的升高显著降低;温度由35℃升至70℃,再降至35℃时,压裂液黏度由最大120 mPa.s降至8 mPa.s,再增至110.2 mPa.s,恢复率91.83%。原油、CT-1质量分数分别为3%、1.5%时,压裂液的破胶时间最短,为15 min。现场试验表明:压裂液中加入0.5%CT-1后,压后破胶液的返排效率提高30%,产油稳产率提高近16%。
【Abstract】 In the absence of foreign minister material or less environment,fracturing fluid break quickly and thoroughly by a combination of inside and external phase breaker.The formula of VES fluid was established: 1.5%—2.5% VES,0.36%—0.74% activator and breaker.The effect of external phase breaker,such as oil and water,and internal phase breaker CT-1 on the viscosity of VES fluid was studied.The viscosity of VES fluid decreased with increasing content of oil and water.The shear force of VES fluid was increased gradually by CT-1 without hydrocarbon substances at 35℃.The viscosity of VES fluid decreased remarkably with increasing temperature after 1% CT-1 was added.When the temperature increased from 35℃ to 70℃,and then decreased to 35℃,the viscosity of VES fluid decreased from 120 mPa·s to 8 mPa·s,and then increased to 110.2 mPa·s.The viscosity recovery rate was of 91.83%.The breaking time of 15 min was the shortest when the content of oil and CT-1 were of 3% and 1.5% in VES fluid,respectively.The experiment results on site showed that the flowing back rate of fracturing fluid was raised by 30% and oil production stable rate was increased by 16% when 0.5% CT-1 was added into VES fluid.
