【Abstract】 A series of 6-amino-4-phenyl-3-isopropyl-1-phenyl-4H-pyranopyrazol-5-carbonitriles(4a～4j) were synthesized via three-component one-pot reaction of 3-isopropyl-1-phenylpyrazol-5-one,arylaldehydes and malononitrile under the catalysis of triethylamine.Comparing to the conventional method,the one-pot synthesis has several advantages such as simple work-up and good yield.All products were characterized by IR,1H NMR and MS techniques.更多还原
