(甘氨酰-β-丙氨酸)(二吡啶[3,2-d:2’,3’-f]喹喔啉)铜(II)配合物合成、结构及其超氧化物歧化酶活性
Synthesis,Structure and Superoxide Dismutase-Like Activity of A New(Glycyl-β-alanine)(dipyrido[3,2-d:2’,3’-f]quinoxaline) Copper(Ⅱ) Complex
【摘要】 合成了新的(甘氨酰-β-丙氨酸)(二吡啶[3,2-d:2’,3’-f]喹喔啉)铜(II)配合物:[Cu(Gly-β-Ala)(dpq)]·2H2O[Gly-β-Ala=甘氨酰-β-丙氨酸,dpq=二吡啶[3,2-d:2’,3’-f]喹喔啉].通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、摩尔电导率以及X射线单晶衍射对该配合物组成及结构进行了表征.配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P 1,晶胞参数为:a=0.70787(3)nm,b=0.96727(4)nm,c=0.52436(6)nm,α=97.016(2)°,β=100.859(2)°,γ=108.046(2)°,V=0.95624(7)nm3.应用改进的氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)光照还原法研究了配合物在水溶液中催化超氧阴离子自由基(O·2-)歧化分解超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,用循环伏安法研究了配合物的电化学性质.结果表明:该配合物具有良好的超氧化物歧化酶活性,表观催化速率常数为1.53×107 L·mol-1·s-1).
【Abstract】 A new complex,[Cu(Gly-β-Ala)(dpq)]·2H2O [Gly-β-Ala=Glycyl-β-alanine,dpq=dipyrido [3,2-d:2’,3’-f]quinoxaline],has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction,ele-mental analysis,molar conductivity,IR and UV-Vis spectra.The complex crystallizes in triclinic space group,with a=0.70787(3) nm,b=0.96727(4) nm,c=0.52436(6) nm,α=97.016(2)o,β=100.859(2)o,γ=108.046(2)o,V=0.95624(7) nm3.The SOD-like activity of the complex in water solution has been measured by improved nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT)-illumination method,and the electrochemical property of the complex has been studied by cyclic voltammetry method.The results indicated that the complex pos-sesses an excellent SOD-like activity,and the rate constant(KQ) of the complex for catalyzing the dismuta-tion of is 1.53×107 mol-1·L·s-1.
