卫星双向法时间频率比对系统的研究与构建
Research and Establishment of Two Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer System
【摘要】 卫星双向法时间频率比对技术有效解决了GPS共视法(GPS-CV)比对精度难以满足现实需求的问题,其比对精度可达0.3ns左右.本文根据卫星双向法基本原理,构建了卫星地面接收系统,用于发射和接收时间频率信号.同时进行了初步的数据处理,在综合考虑路径时延等因素的影响下,将最终结果与德国联邦物理技术研究院(PTB)的计算结果进行比较,其一致性非常好,表明该系统工作可靠.该系统已成功应用于中国计量科学研究院(NIM)守时和授时工作.
【Abstract】 Considering the deficiency of GPS common-view method in terms of comparison precision,two way satellite time and frequency transfer technology(TWSTFT)was adopted.The comparison precision of TWSTFT could approximately reach 0.3ns.According to the theory,the satellite ground station was constructed to complete time and frequency transfer.When the data was primarily processed,the coherence of the final computation results with the Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt(PTB)data indicated that the system was reliable with the influence of path delay.The system for time and frequency transfer has been successfully applied to timekeeping and time service of National Institute Metrology(NIM).
