有机氯硅烷的醇解研究进展

【摘要】 综述了烷基氯硅烷,苯基氯硅烷和乙烯基氯硅烷的醇解工艺,并讨论了其醇解工艺在工业生产中的应用。

【Abstract】 This review introduced the latest study on the alcoholysis of alkyllchlorosilane,benzchlorosilane and the vinylchlorosilane,and discussed its application in the production of industry.
